this past week....

Jason is remodeling our bathroom.....After this adventure Jason has improved his electrical skills and is now a master plumber and master carpentar.... I think we bit off more a bit than we can chew.... BUT it's gonna be pretty, just check back in a couple of weeks for the final picture!

Ava just wanted to say she is happy that summer is here!!!! Ava's first birthday cake! She loved it!!!

We are remodeling our bathroom, okay by we I mean JASON! Our little baby girl turned 1 this week, mommy is so sad yet happy--it's complicated. Miss Mira moves down here for the summer this friday and we have so many plans for the summer for the girls! YEAH for SUMMER!!!! Hope to see everyone soon.....

Weekend Zoo Tours!

We have been so busy during the month of April we hardly had any time to blog! So here is what we have been doing over the past few weekends. We took a couple of family trips. Some of the pictures are from the Salina Wildlife Zoo and some are from are weekend trip to Tulsa. We got to catch one of Mira's soccer games, we visited the Oklahoma Acquarium, and we went to the Tulsa Zoo. There was a special exotic bird adventure, we all got to get up close and personal with these special birds native to Australia. Our trips were quick and fun. As you will find out by checking out our blog, we LOVE to take zoo tours. In the past 3 years we have visited over 10 zoo's! We just can't get enough. Enjoy looking through these pics and we hope to get a chance to see all of you soon! School will be out for Amber on May 12 (not soon enough) Hopefully I will pass all of my classes! Summer school starts on May 27th. We are destroying our yucky bathroom over the weekend of May 17th, and re-doing it! ALL OF IT! Jason thinks he knows how to do it all....... we'll see! Mira moves to Topeka for the summer over Memorial day weekend, and Ava turns one on May 2oth! Yet again another busy month ahead! We miss everyone and thanks again for checking out or blog every now and again!

Hoppy Easter....

Enjoy and rejoice in all you have to be thankful for! We know mira is missing from this family photo, but we didn't have her with us this Beautiful Easter morn. Be thankful for all thatGod has given to you. Spring has finally shown it's beauty today! We have been longing for it to arrive.....

Spring is HERE!! Yah Yah Yah.....

Well here are a few pictures from the last few weeks. Ava is growing like a weed. Yes in case you were wondering she is in the 95th percentile in weight and height! Gotta love a girl who loves to eat. Trust me you'd better eat what's on your plate before she eyeballs it. She is so goofy. Mira is still doing great with her STRAIGHT A report card this week, her classes consist of math, social studies, science, reading, spelling, art, computers, PE, and Spanish. She is doing so great. We are all so ready for summer though. Not too much is going on here in T-town. I am on spring break from school this week, it has been so relaxing. Hello to all: sorry it has been so long since we blogged, I am way overwhelmed with school right now but I wanted you to see all that miss Ava is doing! She rolls and scoots backwards everywhere..... she weighs 25 lbs --a little too much to crawl with yet! She says Hi and DaDa and she eats real food now! So much so fast, I just love watching her grow up more and more every day, but I hate thinking how fast life is flying by. Well, here are a few pics that make me smile every day!
